Standards

Mixed Ability - think Scaled 2 with a hint of scaled 1.

For teams with varying skill levels. Only one athlete but 2 preferbably need to be competent in:

Box Jumps

Pull-Ups

Hand-Release Press-Ups

V Sit-Ups

Wall Walks

Toes-to-Bar

Handstand Press-Ups (off one ab mat)

 Intermediate - think Scaled 1 with a hint of RX

Two athletes in the team must be confident with:

Double-Unders

Box Jumps

All gymnastics movements (Females: no muscle-ups required)

Masters

Minimum age 35, with a combined team age of 120 or more. Only one athlete but 2 preferbably need to be competent in:

Box Jumps

Pull-Ups

Hand-Release Press-Ups

V Sit-Ups

Wall Walks

Toes-to-Bar

Handstand Press-Ups (off one ab mat)
