About this competition
Top athletes from BF3 Online Qualifiers advance to Nationals Championship held at Forge Functional Fitness, Station Rd, Ecclesfield, Sheffield S35 9YR on 23rd-24th May 2026. Female divisions will compete on Saturday. Males will compete on Sunday.
Top athletes from the BF3 National Championships 2026 will take part in the selection process for a chance to be a part of Team UK and represent our country at:
iF3 World Championships (Masters) in Aruba: 23rd-25th October 2026.

DIVISIONS
The divisions are divided by age group and gender:
Masters:
30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69
Eligibility criteria
You must have British citizenship and be able to provide evidence (i.e. birth certificate, naturalisation document, or British passport) to participate. Read more here .
