The LFG Games is a team competition that tests fitness the way it should be tested, across every domain.

Four events. Four disciplines. No hiding behind your strengths.

You'll build as a team, grind on the ERGs, move through functional fitness challenges, and finish with a Hyrox-style test that finds out who's actually conditioned. Every event is drawn from LFG's four training programs: Build, Engine, Hybrid, and Hyrox. Designed to reward well-rounded athletes who show up ready to compete across the board.

This isn't a one-trick competition. The team that wins will be strong, fit, and capable, and they'll have earned it.

The Four Events

Build — Heavy strength and muscular endurance Engine — A 20-minute ERG relay across Row, Bike, and Ski Hybrid — Functional fitness: snatches, sandbags, and athletic output Hyrox — Shuttle runs, loaded carries, and conditioning under fatigue Format Same-sex teams of 3. Intermediate standard. Designed for athletes who train seriously and want to compete at a level that means something.
