Masters & Apprentice Throwdown
Grab your training partner and put your fitness to the test in our Masters & Apprentice Throwdown!
Teams consist of: 🔥 1 Masters Athlete (40+ years) 🔥 1 Apprentice Athlete (Under 40 years)
Same-sex pairs are welcome.
Over the course of the day, teams will take on 4–5 fun and challenging workouts designed to test strength, fitness, teamwork, and strategy.
The best part? Every workout is fully scalable, making this event suitable for all fitness levels—from everyday gym members to experienced competitors. Whether you're chasing the podium or simply looking for a great day of training with a partner, this event is for you.
