Join us for our FINAL In-House Competition of the year and put your fitness to the test.

This is a paired competition and a great opportunity for our members to come together, have some fun, and test their fitness, skills and strength.

Teams of 2 MM / FF / MF

Divisions: Scaled Intermediate RX

There will be 4 heated events on the day, all inspired by our weekly classes:

Location: VFH Capalaba Time: Start at 7:00am Cost: $40pp / $80 per team

Food Provided for Athletes Post Event.

Cash Prize Up for grabs for 1st Prize in each division.
