NEW Functional Fitness Competition for the Logan & Wider Communities! Hosted in Logan at LSKD HQ!
PolyFest Games 2026 Date: 17-18 October 2026 Location: LSKD HQ, Loganholme.
Get ready for a festival of fitness, culture, and competition at PolyFest Games 2026. Gather your crew and compete in teams of 3, with all team members being the same sex, as you test your strength, endurance, teamwork, and determination.
Whether you're new to competition or a seasoned athlete, there's a place for everyone with both Rookie and Pro Divisions available.

Division Standards: ROOKIE (similar to Scaled/Intermediate)
- Dumbbell Movements: 15kg Male / 10kg Female
- Barbell Ground to Overhead: 40kg-70kg Male / 30-45kg Female
- Team Deadlift: 140kg Male / 100kg Female
- Box Height: 24"/20"
- Kettlebell Movements: 24kg Male / 16kg Female
- Hanging Knee Raises
- Ring Rows
- Pull-Ups*
- Burpee Pull-Up*
- Rope Climbs 12ft*
- Single Unders
- Weighted O/H Lunge
*2 Athlete's must be able to perform movement PRO (similar to Intermediate/RX)
- Dumbbell Movements: 22.5kg Male / 15kg Female
- Barbell Ground to Overhead: 60kg-120kg Male / 40-85kg Female
- Team Deadlift: 180kg Male / 140kg Female
- Box Height: 30"/24"
- Kettlebell Movements: 24kg Male / 16kg Female
- Toes to Bar*
- Pull-Ups*
- Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups*
- Muscle-Ups*
- Rope Climbs 12ft*
- Legless Rope Climbs 12ft*
- Double Unders
- Handstand Walk
*2 Athlete's must be able to perform movement
