From spectator to participant: You jump on the biggest competition floor in Switzerland and get to feel the energy of this unique competition floor.

In these 45 minutes, expect varied workouts, doable for everyone, push yourself with your team buddy – no matter your level.

This isn’t about rankings. It’s about the vibe. You get to move as well, besides cheering for your athletes who compete, and you experience the TnR-Competition feeling yourself.

The format

• 45 minutes of action

• Sunday Morning. 13th of September 2026

• Compete between 8.30 and 11.00 AM

• 2 Heats of 10 Teams, adds up to a total of 20 Teams.

• 5 workouts

• Doable for different levels

• Sunday Spectator Ticket included in "The Test"
