About this competition
The Lift’n’Run Race is the ultimate test. Strength, speed, and strategy collide in this high-stakes competition!
Competitors will run a total of 4 x 1000 meters and complete 3 strength stations.
Barbell Deadlifts & Backsquats & Benchpresses
There are Indy and Teams male and female weight categories, each divided into two levels: Elite and Advanced.
Mixed teams of two, in any gender combination, will compete with equal weighting.
A 1‑rep‑max BB Deadlift with a time cap creates a high‑intensity finish, forcing athletes to push their remaining energy output right at the end.
