Hosted at ROCKINGHAM CROSSFIT on September 12, 2026, this exciting one-day event is designed to challenge athletes of all levels. Grab a partner for this any-gender team-of-two competition, featuring divisions for both 1RX+1 Scaled pairs and Masters (40+) pairs. Every team is guaranteed three intense WODs to prove their mettle. Workouts will be released first week of September, but you can expect typical CrossFit standards for all divisions that will suit your ability level and a high-energy environment that celebrates community and grit.
