• RX and Scaled divisions!

• Fun, competitve workouts to challenge all athletes! 
• 4 workouts for all competitiors!  Final event for top teams in each division!
• Event t-shirt if registered by July 15!
• Cookout and beach volleyball to follow the comp!

Event score weighting: 

• Girth Train: 100 points 
• Capacity As Fuck: 100 points 
• Left Holding the Bag: 80 points 
• Pull and Pray (bike): 60 points 
• Pull and Pray (rope): 60 points
