Swift River CrossFit's Fall Foliage Fitness Classic returns on Sunday, September 27, 2026.

Join us in Conway, New Hampshire for a day of fitness, community, and competition surrounded by the beautiful fall colors of the White Mountains.

Whether you're chasing a podium finish or simply looking for a fun event with a training partner, Fall Foliage is designed to celebrate fitness at every age.

Competition Format

• Partner Competition
• 3 Scored Events
• 1 Scored Floater Workout Same-Gender or Mixed-Gender Teams Welcome (Female score adjustmets)
• Masters Athlete based

Divisions 70+ RX Combined age must be at least 70 years old.

70+ Scaled Combined age must be at least 70 years old.

95+ RX Combined age must be at least 95 years old.

95+ Scaled Combined age must be at least 95 years old.
