The OPUS Summer Games is our in-house fitness competition designed to bring the community together for a fun, challenging, and competitive day. Athletes will complete multiple events throughout the day, each testing different aspects of fitness, including strength, endurance, power, skill, and teamwork.

Events will feature a varied mix of functional fitness movements and conditioning exercises, with workouts suitable for a range of abilities while still providing an exciting challenge. Whether you're competing to win or simply to push yourself and enjoy the experience, the OPUS Summer Games is all about testing your limits, supporting your teammates, and celebrating the OPUS community.
