RX standards

 

- Teams of 3 Male RX

- Teams of 2 Female RX

RX - Working weights, 60/40kg snatch, 80/50kg clean and jerk. - All gymnastics movements - At least one member in the team should be able to do gymnastics movements.

 

 

Intermediate 

 

- Teams of 3, same-sex. - Working weights, 42.5/30kg snatch, 50/35kg clean and jerk. - Pull-ups, toe-to-bar, handstand press-ups/females can handstand press-up to one ab mat.

- At least one member in the team should be able to do gymnastics movements. - Double unders.
