Inspired by the partnerships forged inside the steelworks and the bonds built inside the gym, this event is all about connection under pressure — where two athletes move as one to conquer every challenge.

Format: Mixed Pairs (Male/Female) Divisions: Scaled & Intermediate Workouts: 4 unique tests of fitness, teamwork, and communication Location: CrossFit Scunthorpe Expect a mix of classic CrossFit movements, shared workload tests, and synchronised challenges that reward teamwork just as much as individual ability.
