WELCOME TO PRFM GAMES
The PRFM GAMES gives athletes of all levels the opportunity to test themselves while being in a competition environment alongside their partner.
PRFM GAMES is also a charity event raising money for Bowel Cancer UK and spreading as much awareness as we can.
The format of how this Event will run is that there will be 3 separate events, Strength, Endurance and a Metcon. Each event will have an hour+ rest between so that the Athletes can refuel and rest to optimise their performance.
