About this competition
CrossFit TGS same sex teams of three competition at West House Farm. Come and meet our goats, grab a coffee from our onsite cafe and throw down with us over 4 WODs during the day with a mixture of cardio, gymnastics and weightlifting.
One category for all levels. The workouts will be designed to allow any combination of RX and scaled athletes in one team, with some sacled alternatives available.
Requirements for movements standards:
Substitutes for complex gymnastics movements will be given.
Only one female has to be able to perform: 15kg DB snatch, 6kg Wallball, 25kg barbell snatch and 35kg barbell clean and jerk.
Only one male has to be able to perform: 22.5kg DB snatch, 9kg Wallball, 40kg barbell snatch and 50kg barbell clean and jerk.
