HYROX Simulation @ CrossFit Mendip
What It Is:
A full HYROX-style workout simulation
Designed to replicate race day intensity and format
Open to all fitness levels—scalable and supportive environment

Time: Time slots will be allocated
(TIME SLOTS WILL BE ALLOCATED 1 WEEK PRIOR - so please be available all day prior to your time slot allocation - we cannot take requests for early/late slots)

- NEW High tech feature for 2026 - timed zones that will give you full race feedback (time per zone) to aid your HYROX training
