You’ll take on 3 workouts across the day, designed to test engine, barbell cycling, synchro work, and movement consistency. Then it’s all eyes on the final workout for the top teams.

We take pride in delivering programming that matters — each workout is tested and built to showcase teamwork, strategy and individual moments. Whether you’re pushing for the podium or just want to experience comp day with your training partner, this one’s for you.

💪 MOVEMENT STANDARDS SCALED Ring Rows / Banded Pull-Ups Barbell Cycling (40/25kg) Heavy WOD Barbell (55/35kg) Box Step-Ups Hanging Knee Raises / Weighted Sit-Ups DBs: 15/10kg KBs: 16/12kg Single Unders / Single Under Crossovers HSPU to mat + 20kg plate (only 1 athlete required)

RX Pull-Ups / Chest to Bar Barbell Cycling (50/35kg) Heavy WOD Barbell (70/45kg) Box Jumps Toes to Bar DBs: 22.5/15kg KBs: 24/16kg Double Unders / Crossovers Muscle-Ups (at least 1 athlete capable)

All workouts are built with flexibility. If advanced movements or heavier bars are programmed, only one teammate will need to complete them.
