We’re finishing the comp year with a Hybrid Team of 3 throwdown. This one’s built different.

Expect 3 big events: 1️⃣ ENDURANCE – machine-based volume, pacing & mental grit 2️⃣ STRENGTH – raw power & strategy 3️⃣ METCON – fast, loud and classic NW chaos

No qualifiers. Just sign up, show up, and give it everything. RX & Scaled divisions with scaling in mind for hybrid-style tests.

💪 MOVEMENT STANDARDS – ALL DIVISIONS Concept2 Machines: Row, Bike, Ski Dumbbells: 22.5kg / 15kg Kettlebells: 24kg / 16kg Wall Balls: 9kg / 6kg to 10/9ft target

This comp will test your ability to go deep, work together, and stay consistent across three very different domains. Expect mixed scoring formats, relay-style elements, and partner synchro work.
