Prize bag for top 2 teams of each age category 

Subs can be made as long as they allow you to be in the same age group up to 1 week before the event.

Tickets purches are final and non refundable 

There are no qualifiers for this event.

Workouts will be released 2 weeks before the event and as always things can be scaled beyone the movements/weights shown.
