WAC Veterans Day Partner ½ HYROX — Strength for Service
Join Westchester Athletic Club on Wednesday, November 11, 2026, for a Veterans Day fitness fundraiser benefiting Strides4Service. We’ll come together to honor our veterans, challenge ourselves, and support a meaningful cause.
Teams of two will complete a half-distance HYROX-style course, alternating running with eight workout stations. Partners run together and share the station work.
The course
Each station follows a 500-meter run, for a total of 4 kilometers of running.
Station Partner workload 1. SkiErg 500 meters 2. Sled push 25 meters (82 feet) 3. Sled pull 25 meters (82 feet) 4. Burpee broad jumps 40 meters (131 feet) 5. Row 500 meters 6. Location: WAC, 555 Pleasantville Road, Briarcliff Manor, NY. Entry: $50 per person / $100 per team. Format: Partners only; five teams per heat, with heats starting every 15 minutes. Layout: Running around the upper parking lot, with workout stations in the center. Beneficiary: Strides4Service. Whether you’re competing with a friend or taking on your first fitness event, come ready to work together and cheer each other on.
