Get ready to unleash your competitive side! On Saturday 17th April, teams of three men or three women will battle it out at CrossFit Cheltenham in the next instalment of The Predator Throwdown.

🏋️ What is the Predator Same-Sex 3’s? A full-day, high-energy functional fitness competition designed for same-sex teams of three. Choose your category:

Scaled – perfect for those newer to competition or who prefer lighter loads and modified movements. Rx’d – for experienced athletes ready to hit full standards and test their engine, strength and teamwork.

🔥 What to Expect 3 jam-packed WODs to challenge strength, skill, endurance and strategy A high-energy competition floor inside CrossFit Cheltenham A buzzing community atmosphere with athletes pushing, supporting and celebrating one another A scoring system based on lowest total points wins 🎯 Who Should Enter Whether you're a CrossFit first-timer, a seasoned competitor or somewhere in between — there's a spot for you. The Scaled division keeps things accessible and fun, while the Rx’d division delivers a serious test for those wanting to throw down at full intensity.

The WODs will be released before the Throwdown. Prizes for all podium finishers. This event is child and dog friendly, so bring your friends and family along! Spectators can come and cheer you on for free! There will be plenty of space to park in the industrial estate where the box is located.
