The Predator Series Mixed Sex 4's - Open & Masters

Introduction: Predator Same-Sex 4s Throwdown

Welcome to the Predator Same-Sex 4s Throwdown, where teamwork, grit, and pure CrossFit energy collide. Hosted by CrossFit Cheltenham, this competition brings together teams of four to push limits, lift each other up, and showcase exactly what our community is made of.

With both Open and Masters categories, Predator 4s is built for every athlete, whether you’re chasing big numbers or stepping confidently into your next challenge. Expect clever programming, inclusive yet demanding standards, and workouts that reward teamwork and strategy as much as strength and engine.

Whether you're taking on your first comp or returning to defend your spot on the leaderboard, Predator 4s promises a day packed with high-intensity WODs, electric atmosphere, and that unmistakable Cheltenham buzz.

This event isn’t just about fitness, it’s about connection, confidence, and celebrating what we can achieve together. Grab your team, set your standard, and get ready to bring the heat.

Predator is coming. Are you?
