Red Bull Gym Clash is the ultimate functional-fitness event, designed by Red Bull elite athletes and challenging teams across 3 workouts focused on power, endurance, skill, and strategy as they clash for the title of Greatest Gym on Earth
The National Qualifier will consist of 3 workouts totalling 40 minutes of competition in a 1 hour heat.
It's GYM vs GYM, teams of 2 males or 2 females (18+) competing in the National Qualifiers for a spot at the National Final, with the ultimate goal of mixing it with the best Gym teams at the 2026 World Finals
