Get ready to bring the heat because Flare Fitness Festival is back for its massive 11th Year, and we’re taking the energy straight to the competition floor!
After a decade of dropping jaws and setting PRs, the region's premier functional fitness festival is heading back to the iconic Green Island, Kuwait from November 19–21, 2026. Expect three action-packed days of pure, high-octane sweat, steel, and island vibes!
