📅 EVENT DAY
Sunday 11th October 2026
8:00am – Athlete Briefing
All athletes should be present for the briefing. We'll explain the course, workout stations, movement standards, judging, safety information and everything you need to know before starting.
8:45am – First Wave Starts
Athletes will be allocated individual wave/start times.
⏱️ PLEASE GIVE US YOUR ESTIMATED FINISH TIME
When registering, please give us a rough estimate of how long you expect your HYROX Simulation to take.
Don't worry, it doesn't need to be exact! This simply helps us organise the waves and make the event run as smoothly as possible.
We will use everyone's estimated times to pre-plan the event schedule one week before the event.
Your allocated start time will then be sent to you in advance, so you'll know exactly when you're competing and can plan your day accordingly.
Please make sure you're warmed up and ready to go before your allocated start time to help us avoid delays or confusion on the day.
