Battle of the Ergs is a full-body test of fitness, strength and grit. Grab your partner, choose your strategy and prepare for a serious test of teamwork. You’ll need to manage your pace, move heavy, keep your heart rate under control and still have something left in the tank when the final wall balls arrive.
