About this competition
Join us at Condition Gym for our 2026 Weightlifting Open.
The open will follow a full Olympic Lifting competition style format. Each lifter will have three attempts at the snatch and three attempts at the clean and jerk under competition timing rules.
All ages and abilities are welcome, no Condition or BWL membership required.
