Teams of 2 (male/male, male/female, female/female). Four workout stations. All Star (everyday) and Pro (elite) divisions. A NEW level of competition.

From explosive compound lifts to max-effort sprints, every rep, load and second counts towards your final score. This isn’t just another workout. It’s everything you train for, put to the test—power, pace, teamwork.
