Barbell Masscare 11

We are back for year 11 and we are so excited to have you join us! Barbell Massacre is one of the longest running competitions in the area and we are looking to level up from last year with more competetion, more prizes, and more all around fun for everyone!

NEW THIS YEAR: Teams will be made of 3 person co-ed teams! MMF or FFM - go ahead and get your team stacked now - two divisions Rx/Open. 

- 3 WODs + 1 Floater WOD - all 3 teammates compete in every event. **WODs TBA. 

IMPORTANT INFO:

Refund requests are accepted on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, contact us directly at Thomas@crossfitdahlonega.com. Refunds are not automatically issued for cancellations.

Teammate Substitutions are accepted prior to competition day. Contact us with your team name and the substitution details and we'll get it updated.

Onsite Info: No alcohol permitted onsite. All animals must be on a leash and not on workout floor.
