The OXFIT HYROX STRONG TEST has been specifically designed for you to test your capacity on all the Hyrox Stations.
We have TWO divisions (PRO / OPEN) and both can be completed solo or with a partner.

Men and Women will compete in the same division with different scales. (Co-Ed teams will complete the mens scales)
OXFIT IS THE HOME OF HYROX IN ATLANTA. HYROX ATL will be coming to Atlanta soon, come and test your fitness.
