Teams may substitute an athlete up until the day of the competition if needed.
RX athletes will be expected to complete bar muscle ups, toes to bar, 35/50# DB, 14/20# WB, double unders as well as use barbells at 95/135 or heavier.
Masters athletes will be expected to complete chest to bar pull ups, toes to bar, 25/40# DB, 14/20# WB, double unders and barbells at 75/105 or heavier.
Scaled athletes will be expected to perform basic gymnastics to include hanging knee raises, pull ups, 20/25# DB, 10/14# WB, single unders and use barbells at 55/75 or heavier
