Welcome to the exclusive Wodapalooza (WZA) Showcase Event on Saturday, September 26th, 2026! We’re teaming up with WZA to bring a premium, fast-and-furious paired event straight to the community. This is your chance to throw down, test your limits under pressure, and be the first to see our cutting-edge ErgShoot racing automation live on the big screen.

🏆 Divisions & Prizes Grab your partner and secure your spot! We are running separate leaderboards, divisions, and prizes for:

Male / Male (MM) Pairs Female / Female (FF) Pairs ⏱️ The Workout: "High-Octane Cardio & Precision" Expect a high-energy, fun format designed to put your fitness and focus to the ultimate test. This is a relentless, 4-round "You Go, I Go" battle where the clock dictates your every move. You and your partner can split the strategy however you like, but you have to survive the format:

The Engine (1 Minute): 1-minute Max Calories on the SkiErg. 10-Second Transition The Range (50 Seconds): 50 seconds to lock in, shoot, and hit 5 green lights. 10-Second Transition Repeat for 4 total rounds. Note: New to the concept? Don't sweat it. Full scaling options and adaptations will be readily available for all fitness levels.

🎯 Come Practice Early at Our Booth! Get Hands-On: Our dedicated ErgShoot booth will be open from the very start of the day on Saturday the 26th. Drop by early with your partner to handle the pistols, lock eyes with the targets, and get some practice rounds in before your heat kicks off! The Athlete Brief: A full shooting briefing and movement standards review will be covered right before your heat starts. 📋 Event Policies Registration Fee: $25 per person ($50 per pair). Refund Policy: All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued. Substitutes: This is an exhibition showcase, so there is no formal substitute policy. If you or your partner can’t make it on the day, simply pass your ticket to another athlete to take your spot—no need to notify us in advance. Qualifying Rules: No qualifiers, no gatekeeping. Simply grab your ticket, turn up, check in, and enjoy the ride! ❓ FAQs Do I need to bring anything? No—we provide all the specialist pistols, targets, and ergs. Just bring your water, your favorite training kit, and your game face.

Can we practice before we race? Absolutely. The ErgShoot booth is open first thing in the morning on September 26th. Swing by early to dial in your aim and test your transition strategy.

Is this suitable for beginners? Yes! ErgShoot is for everyone. The workout is completely scalable and easily adapted to any fitness level.

What if I’ve never shot a target before? No problem at all. Between morning practice at the booth and our briefing right before you race, our team will have you feeling like a pro in no time.

Can my friends and spectators try it out? Yes! Tell your cheer squad to stick around. Right after the main exhibition workout concludes, we’re opening up the floor so spectators can come have a go and try ErgShoot for themselves.
