CHILL (Scaled/Intermediate)

THRILL (Intermediate/RX)

 

A classic Functional Fitness competiton event with fun but testing workouts and a whole new way of doing things...

The entire day will run on a waterfall-style format.

07:45 - 08:15 - Athlete Registration 

08:15 - 08:45 - Full Briefing

09:00 - 15:00 - Waterfall Style Workouts 

15:30/16:00 - Podiums & Event Wrap Up
