The 11 Hybrid Race

The 11

Options are:

Pairs (M/M, F/F, M/F) or Solo in the following 3 Categories:

Forge - Multiple 600m Runs, Stations, 1 x 1km Run Arena - Multiple 400m Runs, 10 x Stations, 1 x 1km Run Lift - 1 x 400m Run, 10 x Stations.

The Workout

• Forge and Arena start with a run, and then run between every station. Finishing with a 1km Run before the Row.
• Lift Starts with a 400m Run (the only run) and then work through all stations...finishing on the Row.
• Female and Male have different Erg Targets and Weights. Mixed Pairs must always hit the male Erg Targets, but Females use Female weights and Males use Male weights.

A= Arena (female/male)

F= Forge (female/male)

1- Bike 60/80cal

2- 300m Farmers Carry (A= 2 x 12/16kg) (F= 2x 16/24kg)

3- 40 Ball Overs (A= 12/15kg) (F= 15/20kg) and 40 Push Press* (A= 2 x 7.5kg) (F= 2 x 10/15kg)

4- 40 Burpees*

5- Ski 60/80cal**

6- 100 Sandbag Lunges (A- 10/20kg) (F= 20/30kg)

7- Row 60/80cal

*Paired is Sync

**Paired one partner to hold 2 x KB whilst Ski in action (A= 2 x 12/16kg) (F= 2 x 16/24kg)

Score = TIME COMPLETED

PLEASE NOTE IN EXTREME WEATHER CONDITIONS SOME EXERCISES MAY BE CHANGED BUT WE HAVE PLANNED SO THE WORKOUT SHOULD NOT BE DISRUPTED AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE.
