COMPETITION INFORMATION Saturday, Nov 22nd, 2025 (starts at 8am) Mixed Pairs (Co-Ed) Female/Male Rx​ Female/Male Scaled Female/Male Masters Prizes for Top 3 teams!​​​ 3 Guaranteed Workouts + 1 Final Workout for Top 4. We will release ALL 3 Workouts with videos within the last 2 weeks before the competition. More Info Coming Soon!
