Rhome Gladiator Games 2026

Teams of 2, same-sex CrossFit competition located in Rhome, TX just 10 minutes west of Texas Motor Speedway! 

 

We are back for our 3rd year of the Rhome Gladiator Games (teams of 2) after a successful competition of 100+ athletes last year! We can't wait to bring the heat back to Rhome, TX for our partners. 

 

Divisions include:

Male/Male RX Female/Female RX Male/Male Scaled Female/Female Scaled (see below for division standards)

 

Competition wiil be 4 workouts (with 5 scores). No floater or final. We will reshuffle the heats/lanes every single event, so that the 4th and final workout will be treated as & feel like the final for all divisions! 

 

Workouts to be released at a later date, but all Movement Standards listed below are accurate and will stay within 99% of the listed movements. There's always room for addition, but if you regularly complete workouts with the listed movements below, you will be good to go for RGG26.

 

Registration includes a t-shirt, swag bag, & team name placard (if registered prior to date cutoff).

 

No refunds will be issued for any reason (other than event cancellation). If a team member cannot compete for whatever reason, you may find a substitute team member to replace them. It is the job of the athletes to find a substitution & notify the hosts.

Clean (185/125) Snatch (135/95) OH Squat (115/75) Dumbbells (50's/35's) Box (24/20") Toes to Bar Chest to Bar Pull-ups Wall Walks Double-unders Bike, Run, Row, Ski, Burpees, etc.

 

DIVISION STANDARDS - Scaled

Clean (135/85) Snatch (75/55) OH Squat (65/45) Dumbbells (35's/25's) Box (Step-up/overs to 20/20") Hanging Knee Raises Jumping Pull-ups OR Ring Rows Wall Walks (Open Scaled Standard) Single-unders Bike, Run, Row, Ski, Burpees, etc.
