After a year off we are back! 

Same-sex and mixed pairs are welcome, and athletes can choose between CrossFit or HYROX-style divisions — or grab another partner and enter both.

What to expect:

2 Spicy Classes CrossFit workouts or 1 HYROX Mini SIM  Register for one division, or double up and do both Workouts released in the first week of July  

Prizes to be confirmed.
