Farm Games - Charlotte Regional

The Farm Games are a one-of-a-kind, Farm Inspired fitness competition hosted by Carolina Fitness Farm, where the grit and authenticity of farm life collide with elite athletic performance. The Farm Games are a true test of real-world strength, grit, and athletisicm. 

Each event brings together top athletes representing diverse training backgrounds; Strongman, CrossFit, bodybuilding, hybrid fitness and those who get it done in their garage, on the farm, and in the real world.

The Farm Games are brought to you by Carolina Fitness Farm. Located just south of Charlotte NC, in Fort Mill SC, the Fitness Farm was founded by Cody Cooper and his wife Cici. Their 15 acre farm hosts fitness events and other private events through the year. In 2025, Cody developed the Farm Games for their local community as a final event to wrap up their season. What started as a fun way to celebrate the farming lifestyle and his passion for fitness, has grown into a national competition series for hundreds of athletes to test their real world strength, grit, and athleticism.
