Über diesen Wettkampf
Lift in the Lakes is one of the UK's largest outdoor fitness team competitions, held in the heart of the Lake District.
Set against the stunning backdrop of Glenridding and Ullswater, athletes are challenged across multiple workouts that combine strength, endurance, gymnastics, teamwork and outdoor adventure.
Teams of 6 (3M & 3F) take on 3 days of competition.
Friday 4th, Saturday 5th & Sunday 6th June 2027
Check in Friday 4th from 10am (Event Field)
Make sure you check in at least 1 hour before heat time to collect timing chips and team bags.
