Fittest in the Barn brings the competition indoors for a full day of testing fitness across a variety of workouts and challenges.
Expect a true test of strength, engine, skill and adaptability, with athletes needing to be ready for whatever gets thrown their way.
With multiple divisions, male and female categories and workouts designed to find the most well-rounded athletes on the floor, this is about more than being good at one thing.
No teams. No partner to share the work with. Just you, the floor and the challenge in front of you.
