Welcome to the inaugural Dialogue Duality!

We're excited to bring you our first ever public competition, bringing together the CrossFit community for a fun day of fitness, teamwork and good vibes. Dialogue Duality is a male/female pairs competition with divisions to suit athletes of all experience levels.

Whether you're chasing a podium finish or simply looking for a great day out with your training partner, we'd love to have you join us.

Divisions: RX Male/Female Pairs Intermediate Male/Female Pairs Scaled Male/Female Pairs

No matter where you are in your CrossFit journey, there's a division for you.

To help athletes register in the most appropriate division, the movement standards required for each division have already been released on Instagram. All workout details will be released prior to the event, so you'll know exactly what to expect on competition day.

Event Format Teams will complete three scored workouts, plus a floating workout that can be completed at any stage throughout the day.

Prizes There will be prizes awarded in every division, with podium finishers recognised for their efforts.

Parking Parking is available off Mary Street and anywhere along Echlin Street. Please be mindful of local residents and avoid blocking driveways.

Registration Policy Refunds will not be available after registrations close.

Substitutions are welcome, provided organisers are notified prior to competition day.
