Grab your workout bestie for this fun filled day of competition. CrossFit COL and your favourite coaches will be hosting a one day partner (M/F) competition on October 3 2026.
There will be 2 divisions that you can choose to register in and a seeding WOD prior to ensure you are placed in the right division. We only have room for 30 teams so register now before it sells out. Registration closes on Sunday September 20th.
The seeding WOD will take place in all classes on Monday September 21st.
All workouts will be released the week prior to the competition on Monday September 28th.
