This October, CrossFit Connection is raising the bar. Havoc on Harrington isn't just another local comp — it's our flagship team event, built to test grit, communication, and every ounce of conditioning you've got, with the athlete standing next to you carrying half the weight.

Two athletes. One barrel of chaos. Bring a partner who won't quit on you, because this format demands it — synchronized movements, shared suffering, and workouts designed to push both of you past where you'd stop alone.

Taking place October 17 at CrossFit Connection, 845 Harrington Court, Burlington, ON — a venue built by competitors, for competitors.

Format: 2-person teams, competing in Mixed or Same-Sex divisions. Workouts will test strength, engine, and teamwork under pressure.
