Our annual in-house competition, all 3 workouts completed within 90 minutes. Your strength and fitness will truly be tested. The workouts are designed to be able to scale effectively to each athlete whilst being able to push yourself no matter if your matched ability or not.
Scaling can be an option under the coaches guidance depending on strength and skill level.
Heats will be in waves, every 15 mins 2 will start in a waterfall style and go head to head, then you will rest 15 mins rest between workouts.
Your voucher price includes a free coffee from Harry Pours, and prizes will be given on the day.
