An inclusive, mixed-sex pairs functional fitness competition designed to raise awareness and funds for Movember, the leading charity changing the face of men's health.
One category, 24 teams, and 3 workouts.
Our standards have been set so everyone can get involved, push hard, and have fun.
All entry fees will go to Movember, and there will be prizes for the top 3 teams and the team with the best Movember-related name!
