Expect high-energy workouts and a community-driven atmosphere that celebrates effort, performance, and team pride. All In Throwdown is designed to bring the best out of every athlete — whether it’s your first comp or you’re chasing the podium.

 

Divisions – Beginner  • Male (4 males)  • Female (4 females)  • Mixed (2 males / 2 females)

– Intermediate  • Male (4 males)  • Female (4 females)  • Mixed (2 males / 2 females)

Please note: If a division does not reach sufficient numbers, it may be cancelled. In this case, a full refund will be issued.

 

Prizes Cash prizes will be awarded to the top team in each division.

 

Workout Release All workouts will be released one month prior to the competition, with full details announced by the end of June.

 

Refund Policy All tickets are non-refundable once purchased. This includes (but is not limited to) change of plans, injury, or inability to attend.

In the unlikely event that All In Throwdown is postponed, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule. If a new date cannot be accommodated, refunds will be offered.

 

Team Substitutions – Athlete substitutions are permitted up until the day of competition. – Once the competition has commenced, no substitutions are allowed for scoring purposes. – If a substitute steps in after the competition has started, they may assist in completing workouts, however that team’s score for those workouts will not be counted.
