2026 BREAKTHROUGH 7

CrossFit Young BREAKTHROUGH 7 is a Invitation-only functional fitness competition designed to test athletes across multiple aspects of fitness, including aerobic endurance, absolute strength, and comprehensive functional fitness. The competition is open to athletes of different levels, with individual and pairs divisions. The goal is to create a challenging but accessible competition that allows athletes to test themselves in a competitive environment. There are 2 competition divisions:

Mixed Pair:1 male + 1 female team

Female Pair:2 female athletes team

Registration Fees: AUD $168 per team
