Als Teil eines weltweiten Wettkampfformats, bei dem Teams in teilnehmenden Partner-Gyms am selben Tag vier Workouts für ein einziges globales Leaderboard absolvieren, gastiert VDM Sydney am 6. Februar 2027 in Rouse Hill, New South Wales.
Ausgetragen wird das Event in Zweierteams. Auf dem Programm stehen vier Workouts, die Kraft, Fertigkeiten, Ausdauer und Teamwork abfragen. Zur Auswahl stehen Männer- und Frauenteams in den Klassen Rx und Scaled sowie gemischte Paare in Rx, Intermediate, Scaled und Masters 40+. Sportler im Alter von 14 bis 17 Jahren sind gemäß den VDM-Jugendstandards ebenfalls zugelassen. Der Preis liegt einheitlich bei 145 AUD.
Die öffentliche Registrierung öffnet am 26. Oktober 2026 und endet am 24. Januar 2027.

VDM is back for 2027 -- teams around the world will take on the same workouts, on the same day, competing against athletes across every VDM host location on one global leaderboard.
Grab your teammate and get ready for four workouts built to test strength, skill, conditioning, teamwork, and your ability to perform when it counts.
Whether you’re chasing a spot on the global podium, stepping into a new division, or competing for the first time, there’s a place for you at VDM 2027.
Division Lineup Male Teams of 2 — RX + Scaled Female Teams of 2 — RX + Scaled Co-Ed Teams of 2 — RX + Intermediate + Scaled + Masters 40+ Athletes ages 14–17 may also compete in accordance with VDM youth athlete standards.
Compete Worldwide VDM takes place at participating host gyms around the world, but every team competes on the same global leaderboard.
Can’t make it to a host location? VDM Online gives athletes another way to compete, complete all four workouts, submit scores and be part of VDM 2027 from their own gym.
