On Saturday, October 24th, 2026, CrossFit Trussville hosts the 16th Annual Barbells for Boobs Fundraiser in support of the Breast Cancer Research Foundation of Alabama (BCRFA). 100% of proceeds go directly to fund research at institutes across our state. The BCRFA exists to support patients and survivors in Alabama and continues to operate with this mission at the center.
This year’s workout theme is 19 Minutes That Matter. The event is teams of two MM or FF with RX and RX+ divisions. The "Girls" composing the event workout will be announced closer to the event. Come lift with purpose, celebrate survivors, and help fuel lifesaving research.
How to get involved 1) Register to compete 2) Donate to BCRFA 3) Sponsor a lane, event, or donate to the raffle (all sponsors featured on our t-shirt) Links will be posted on our site and socials. QR codes will be available on-site for fast giving.
